<< back to previous page Straeter Lite-On An extremely rare example of the very collectible Straeter Lite-On bag in exceptional condition. These bags were originally produced by Schiaparelli in 1938, with engravings after designs by Salvador Dali and feature a 24 carat gold plated fitting that includes cosmetics holders and an internal/external light for finding your keys or illuminating the door lock. This particular example carries a label from Bagcraft of London who would have retailed it to its original lucky owner. It is in particularly fine condition with no heavy wear on the handle or elsewhere. A wonderful conversation piece - ready to go. The gold plated fitting carries the original patent markings: |
